Khosrow Helly

Khosrow Helly, senior Systema instructor in Paris

A pioneer of French Systema, he has been studying and sharing Systema since 1997.

He trained at HQ Toronto under Vladimir Vassiliev and in Russia under Mikhail Ryabko alongside the generation of international instructors of that era (Kostic, Manolakakis, Vitalli, Genge, etc.).

His connection with the Ryabko-Vasiliev Systema did not prevent him from extending his research to Kadochnikov Systema at a time when it was virtually inaccessible to the Western public. He was among the first Frenchmen to meet Arkady Kadochnikov and continues to train alongside Evgeny Matkovsky.

He has trained and mentored many French instructors over the past 20 years.

His martial culture, experience, and ongoing research make him an essential reference in French Systema.
